I downloaded and installed last beta version 22400245 and did not meet the problem. If it shows again, I will open a new thread with a video.

Found yet another way to meet white thumbnails. Fixed in next beta.

Error # 9 and all thumbnails blank in all folders - perhaps it has meaning that Error 9 occurred at the same time.

Can you repeat that issue?

The web page does accept zip files.
I just did this yesterday without problems.

Or you just rename the file to .xys before uploading here...

Hardly worth it since all the found files are 5 years old and unchanged from the day I got the PC.
Here it is.

He wants the dat2 file that is shown in the error dialog, which is in H:\XYP CACHE\2463af7517ff2f56f08e176fc6f8332b.dat2, the ones in your last screenshot and therefore the one you uploaded are from a fresh folder, so those are all irrelevant to the current issue.
