Thank you. That's exactly what I had meant.
Since the right-click paper-menu is experimentally, I probably better wait what parts of it will make it into a real option or tweak or whatever.

But how do I bring in the XY right-click?
button "paper", 2

Is this an undocumented feature?! Or am I missing it somewhere?! AMAZING.

Funny, I asked the same question here
http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic. ... 35#p107371and the answer from Sammay was, "you can use chr(13) instead of <crlf>, which seems to survive". He was absolutely correct. In my case with "LayCatTools", I didn't need the problem line in the heredoc so I didn't need to use it in the final script but I did test it and it does work - it does survive.
Ah! Thanks!
@ Stef123
Hahaha, klownboy and LittleBiG just answered your question. And I learned something new too! Time to document it somewhere.

But oh darn this is great you guys! That button function is so neat!
My new CTB:
Name: Paper Folders
Icon: :paper
Left Click: ::load "<xyscripts>\PaperList.xys"
Right Click: button paper, 2
It has everything!

I have multiple installations of XYplorer and whenever I want to propagate color changes to them all, it becomes a total pain in the rear. Initially I would copy and paste the colors one by one and wasted a lot of time. So today I got sick and tired of it and just spend about 30 minutes to make this script. It's really simple and probably crude but it does the job well. Basically it allows you to save and load color changes for all color settings that are available in the main configuration file. I was thinking perhaps you should intergrate it into the Laycat script since it is somewhat related. What do you think?
EDIT: Also, anyone knows what these 2 colors are for?

This is tremendous... first time I've downloaded a script from the forum. What a great gift. Thanks to all who contributed!

Hi Filehero,
I hope you and your family are staying healthy and safe. All is well over here though I'm glad I'm not living in a city. I go out for a walk early in the morning but no one is around. Other than that we stay inside unless I'm doing lawn chores. We also do food pickups and deliveries when possible.
I'm in the process of trying to get some old and new scripts working with Scripting > Syntax checking is ON. Your LayCat script and my modification of yours, LayCatTools were not definitely not OK with it on. I hope you don't mind, but I'm uploading a Syntax checking On version of these scripts. Because of the type of scripts - building menus, assigning them variables and then loading the script - they were harder to fix than most. Keep in mind, as before users will have to point to their own icons in these scripts. If you never have Syntax checking on, then I suppose you don't really need these. I try to leave it on nowadays especially when writing new scripts.
Thanks and take care,
Ken

Ah!
BTW, I think the source of the mysterious shopping behavior is a recursion. The media reported about the toilet paper shopping because that made a crass headline (and because it's most visible: I think with toilet paper you get the most volume per money of all goods in a supermarket) . And those reports started the shopping craze, which again produced more reports about it. Etc.
BTW 2, IMO such media-reality feedback circles are a major force shaping today's world.
