    + Info Panel | Tags: Now you can checkbox-control which tag types 
      (Label, Tags, Comment) are applied to the selected files when 
      pressing "Apply".
      Note: When you trigger apply by pressing <enter> right in the edit 
      fields (<ctrl+enter> for Comments) then the tag of this type is 
      applied even if the checkbox is not ticked.
    * Configuration | Tags | Confirm copying tags: The prompt is now 
      popped before the copy, not after. This is to avoid a conflict 
      with the progress dialog where one dialog would potentially hide 
      the other.
      Disadvantage: The prompt is popped even when no tags are present 
      in the sources. It would be too costy to check for any tags this 
      at this point. But at least a quick check is done if just one file 
      is copied: in this case the prompt will come only if that file has 
      any tags.

    + Floating Preview: Added the toggle "Flipped" (F) to the right-
      click menu. If ticked then the preview is flipped (mirror image) 
      horizontally (relative to the preview, also if rotated).
      Notes:
      - All notes given for rotated images also apply to flipped images.
      - For a flipped image Rotate Left and Right are interpreted as 
        being applied to the flipped image, not to the original. This 
        seems to better match the user expectation. Nevertheless, the 
        status info displays the correct rotation degrees with reference 
        to the original.
      - According to Wikipedia the correct term for horizontally flipped
        would be "flopped" but IMO that's not common usage.
    * List | Inline Rename: Now it's a four-step circle when you 
      repeatedly press F2 on a filename with extension.
        1) select, extension excluded
        2) unselect, caret to end of base
        3) select all
        4) unselect, caret to end 
      With Configuration | General | Exclude extension on rename ON the 
      circle starts at 1), else at 3).
      Works the same now in dialog-based rename.
    * Floating Preview: Reorganized the background coloring again. Now 
      you got 4 choices, one of them is tweakable:
      - Black
      - Dark Gray
      - Light Gray (tweakable via FPColorLightGray)
      - White

      For most West-European languages ASCII is okay.
    + MLS: Now Language.ini is first looked for in app data path, then 
      in app path. When the pointer (within Language.ini) to the *.lng 
      file has no full path then its path defaults to the path of 
      Language.ini.
      This cute setup allows me to distribute localized versions right 
      from the installer, while still allowing the user to select other 
      languages (with Language.ini and LNG file then placed in app data 
      path).
    * XYcopy: Updated to 2.10.0002.
    * Multilingual Support: Updated to version 2. Added many forgotten 
      strings and changed the structure towards supporting the upcoming 
      CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) tool which will offer a 
      revolutionary way of translating an app from within the app with
