Mmh, yes, I could. I didn't think about it, honestly.
Sharing folders seems trickier tho. Wikipedia says
Files or folders can be shared privately with particular users having a Google account, using their @gmail.com email addresses. Sharing files with users not having a Google account requires making them accessible to "anybody with the link". This generates a secret URL for the file, which may be shared via email, blogs, etc. Files and folders can also be made "public on the web", which means that they can be indexed by search engines and thus can be found and accessed by anyone.
So I can't invite someone to a folder, I'd need to create sharing links for each file and sending them all to those who want to join the project...

You can actually share entire folders with sharing links. (And send it to multiple people at once obviously). Links also let you choose whether people can modify the folder contents, or just view.
Or like with OneDrive, you can make everybody use their gmail addresses!

Sounds perfect then! Thanks for the advice! I'll be working on it asap!

It's in the very first posting...
As such, the invitation process to the shares is pretty much similar. You simply write me a private message with an email address of yours, and you'll get there an email with the links to the shares. That's it.

So I added the links to my gDrive account and now it displays only 480 MB there. Any hints on what goes?

@ SammaySarkar & highend:
big fat bold thank you!!!
@ tiago:
480 MB of free space? The whole archive is a tad over 7 GB. Maybe you had 7 GB worth of your stuff and, adding the Archive, all the free space left is a mere 480 MB?

Hey Marco, I noticed you renaming files uploaded by me, and discovered I was mindlessly uploading files with wrong dates because I was using the first-post script which didn't have $dst_ dates for 2016. I modified that to use the formula from that Wiki page, but all I got is more or less a mirror of the script already available here:
http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic. ... 679#p90951
You should replace the obsolete script in the first post.
Here's my version for posterity.
