Find Files Tab

Loose Boolean Match (LBM)

Mimics Windows Explorer behavior, where you can enter two or more words separated by blanks and find al items that match ALL of the strings (i.e. they are AND-combined logically).

The first "al" is missing an "l"^^

Changelog for v17.70.0204
...visible childs will be stored...
Plural of 'a child' is children, not childs. Kids is also linguistically valid, but probably inappropriate for that context.

Code: Select all

::help "idh_scripting_comref.htm#idh_sc_popupnested";
The first two examples for popupnested() are exactly the same.

Indeed, also the last example lacks some spaces. I wonder how that happened. :eh:

Thanks!

Now that Microsoft is showing ads within File Explorer it might be worthwhile to mention that XYplorer provides an ad-free experience. :P

Explore files without an adblocker!

[not a typo if we're being strict, but -- ]

F1 on the breadcrumb hamburger menu editor does not open to the correct help page section.

Since this thread just got bumped I'll take the opportunity to mention that I noticed on page 263 and 186 that there is no space between while and pressing in the following text.
Hold SHIFT whilepressing OK (or ENTER) = Remove from the current selections.
Thanks for this excellent documentation.

You mean F1 while the popup menu is open?

On my PDF version 18.50 on both those pages (186, 263) it had no space but maybe you have fixed one of them already, you could try searching the PDF source document for "whilepressing" to double check though.

In regards to the F1 help post of SammaySarkar above, I think he is referring to when you Ctrl+RClick the hamburger menu to customize the menu and it says in the dialog "See help for more information" but when F1 is pressed it doesn't go directly to the relevant help page about customizing the breadcrumb bar hamburger menu.

No, in the menu editor reached by CTRL+right click on the hamburger > Customize Menu.

Confirmed. Looks like the PDF creating module in my Help tool creates lots of pages twice in the PDF! It should only be links to the same contents but the contents are duplicated as well. Can see no setting to avoid this. So it's a bug. The PDF is a lot bigger than necessary. That software is 8 years old, can't hope for a fix. Gotta live with it.
