What do you mean by codepage, where can I see it?
But wait, XYplorer can display it correctly now. Uhm, I did a couple of reinstall Microsoft Office & reboot Windows (Microsoft Excel got some nasty error), and hey, XYplorer is fixed too.
P.S My laptop belongs to my company so, it's stuffed with a lot of weird things, not sure which modification they made to the core windows.
