XYplorer (Not responding)-Free

Tried everything mentioned here and on some other forums, didn't fix this annoying problem.
I have no network folders to be verified, unticked almost every checkbox in options, nada
I notice it happens often when Dropbox is running, extracting a file, copying (even a small executable) or sometimes no reason.
Please invest some development time investigating this major bug instead of just focusing on visual colors and filters.
Thank you

Go to [Help], Hold CTRL, and Hit [Various Information]. Copy that and post it here so that Don can take a look at it. You also checked that it's not due to anti-virus software or anything else right?

Don really works really hard to make sure the bugs are gone. Since most a lot of us here currently do not have an issue with this, he then focus on other things on his todo list. Therefore I don't think your tone is necessary. Just don't worry and I'm sure Don will figure something out

Enternal has it correct -- while it may appear to be a "major bug" to this one user, the fact that nobody else has reported it means that in the overall scheme of things, it's a minor bug...Don attempts his best to fix ALL bugs, but he's going to first spend time on those things which affect many/most users.

This says it all...

There is no possible way that following Enternal's directions to provide information so anyone could help you would result in a Google search.
It seems that something in your computer is misconfigured or possibly corrupted.
I'd suggest a complete reformat and fresh installation of everything.

That does not explain everything. I could even simply type it "xyplorer cof" and it shows up "xyplorer coffee" automatically because it indexed a couple pages on xyplorer.com that has "coffee" in it.

However I did have problems with hanging before and Don completely help with that. One time it turns out it was my fault, the other time it turns out my network to one of my computer was a culprit so he made a special option to prevent it from hanging, and the other time it was XYplorer's fault so he fixed some stuff. He's really helpful.
So I asked that perhaps you should copy the information under CTRL+[Various Information] and post it here so that Don can help. Instead you decided not to be cooperative and instead post a screenshot of Google's search.
So let's try that again:
Go to [Help], Hold CTRL, and Hit [Various Information]
and also try pasting this
directly into your address bar to see if it still has any issues with slow down or hang ups.

Out-dated!

Nowadays it's enough to do this:

Lol! Somehow I'm always behind. First time I suggest a user to copy XYplorer.exe to somewhere else and then run it fresh. Did not know about
Now I suggest that but there's

haha.

fresh; without :: works, at least in a fresh install.

Fixed it, opened the ini and found a huge history per tab that included lots of network places. That might be the reason why it hung so often.
Disabling MRU seems to fix it.

Interesting. How much is "huge" and which MRU did you disable?

And that list was really big, when I saw it I felt dizzy.

When do you start feeling dizzy? 100, 1000, 10000?

Sorry, didn't back up so its hard to tell, I remember I had to scroll a couple of pages of history per tab part on my FHD monitor, so it was big.
It might be the network entries that caused the problem and not the size of the history.
But since I don't need it I disabled it and so far so good.
Now I can say that this file manager is worth every penny

But without MRU it's worth less pennies than with it. I would like to understand the problem to see whether there is anything that can be improved. So i'd suggest you turn MRU on again and see what happens.
