I don't know why WinZip didn't notify me about an available update (even when I asked it to check) but that's a problem for another board!

Glad that worked out! Sorry that somebody here hadn't looked at that aspect before but I'm using a much older vers of WinZip and OS so don't care what's current...but I was quite sure that it wasn't an XY issue since nobody else was having it.

Hope this shows that we do our best to resolve issues quickly here and that you'll buy XY if you've not already...there's a special price offer coming up in next few days...
