yess my english is very poor, sorry, is not my native language
<...each and every tab has its own private "Home" location...>
i understood this! and i even wrote it above!
i would like to know how can i get one HOME button ABSOLUTE on my toolbar...

That's fine -- that's why I sometimes rephrase and/or repeat parts of a post (like I did) to verify and confirm that we're talking about the same thing.

In the 'on click' entry for the button you've added, put something like

ok, and now...the icon!
i have add user button from toolbar, edited goto "blablabla" and changed icon form file.ico
this file.ico i've put to my application data folder, so if put all my XY folder (with all setting and data folder) to my pendrive, everything works!
...but...on my pc the path is E:/XY/..... on other my pc is J:/XY/....
every time change the first letter, XY not see the icon of my button

it's no possible one absolute path? ex
\XY\Data\home.ico
(this path not work correctly!)

use <xydata>\home.ico.
