Not necessarily: apart from keying you can paste, of course. But much better: the address bar always reflects the current browse location; you just have to move the focus to the bar (by mouse or F6 (1 or 2 times)) and press ENTER and voila, the current location is stored in the address bar dropdown and remembered between sessions.
Apart from this I'm working on a general "List Management" module by which you can very soon manage all XY lists in a most comfortable way!

I'd not used the XY address bar before...so...now have tried it a bit...seems to be a good feature...but (and this is NOT an XY thing) because of length of it, the drop-down arrow is soooooo far to the right, that moving the mouse over there seems to take a while....and as I have a touchpad, I use the "mouse" slightly differently than some might.
For that same reason, I don't use the address bar in IE or Win Expl much.
And I'm thoroughly enjoying the new List Management feature!!

I use a
layout where the address bar is squeazed smaller by the toolbar on the same line. My favorite layout is #4!
