Is there anything special about your Windows installation. Are you using any 3rd party skins or similar?

There is nothing special, it's just the normal Windows 7 Ultimate installation with no 3rd party skins or any other shell replacements.

If there are any logs or memory dumps that I can get you that would help I'm more than willing to get them for you. That said, I understand that this may not be worth spending your time on!

My suggestion is to go back to version v9.0, install a portable version, and see if you can see the files.

Might be bundled into the same problem I had Donald. I am using Win 7 x64 as well.

I have no idea what's behind this bug, but it looks like a combination of user rights and a system file or component related to drawing.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I updated to the latest ATI drivers and made sure that there are no Windows updates pending. Unfortunately, after restarting the problem still exists. At this point, given that I'm the only person that appears to be having this issue, I'm convinced that there is something messed up with my Windows installation. I guess I'll have to wait until I have the time to reinstall to use XYplorer again, which really sucks as it has been one of the most useful applications I have.
