is there a script to resize images?

yes thats right for resize but rotate left works fine
I will try and send you one of the images - although I did try it on 3 or 4 different one.

but realy it works for you and not for me so what we need is a 3rd party? to try it

Hmmm, it works for me on a fresh install of XY too. Could you unzip a fresh copy of XY into a new folder and try this again? It could be something with your settings (which i am not able to figure out).
Meanwhile, I am making a newer version of IrfanviewSuite.

unzipped fresh copy of 8.7 with a virgin .ini got same result
never mind might give your next version a try - see what happens.
