I will have to test this myself. I deleted my TSVN test installation long ago. Could you please give a minimal step-by-step way to set up a test folder/subfolders with icon overlays?

Okay, thanks. I cannot do it right now, but will look into it after I finished the new address bar.

Actually I have to go a step back here. The recent solution for refreshing overlays in non-current tree items had severe performance problems in some systems.
