It doesn't. He is asking you to show an error message, which was implemented in v27.90.0003:

+ Background File Operations: If a background job fails due to an XYcopy error, you
now can view the error message by right-clicking the failed job in the Background
Jobs dialog box and selecting "Details..." from the context menu.

The video is not showing the error message, the video is showing only the list of background jobs. Do you understand?

You need to right-click the failed job and select "Details..." from the context menu.
