Enter snippet; in the addressbar and then paste the content in the dialog that opens, it will auto-add the new button on the far right of your toolbar, if you then decided to use it you would move it to where convenient (probz near 1st position), and add the same button to your other toolbars, it will be available in the Customize Toolbar dialog once the above step is completed once.

Thank you.
It's working.

However, as can be seen from the 1st picture; the number is too small. Is there any problem here?

Also, the menu doesn't open when clicked.
Was it the right way of working that it didn't open?

Thanks again for your interest. :)

No the text size is normal, to increase it you would zoom your toolbar with Ctrl+Wheel over the button, or use the Customize Toolbar dialog.

The second image you posted is your failed attempt at adding the button, probably from before when you weren't following the instructions I just posted, you should Edit... that button and press the Clear button in the dialog and then remove it from your toolbar.

"Allow button set switching" has to be enabled in Customize Toolbar...

Hi MindReader, you may also want to have your CTB name changing along with the icon as you cycle your tollbars. Simply control-right click that CTB and click on Edit to the right of the On left click. Add the following line to that script: ctbname("Toolbar Set #" . $n); Make sure you have indent at least one space. The complete script will now be:

Code: Select all

   ButtonSet(-1);
   $n = ButtonSet();
   ctbicon("label: $n >554433,ffffee");
   ctbname("Toolbar Set #" . $n);
If you'd rather have much larger icons as the toolbar set # indicators, use one of kunkel321's very nice number icons here viewtopic.php?p=104548#p104548. To do that you would copy from kunkel's number library the 4 icons you want to use to your <xyicons> folder. Let's say you want to use the white color as shown here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24316 then you would copy, icon-whi-1.ico, icon-whi-2.ico, icon-whi-3.ico, icon-whi-4.ico to <xyicons>.

Code: Select all

   ButtonSet(-1);
   $n = ButtonSet();
   ctbicon(<xyicons> . "\icon-whi-" . $n . ".ico");
   ctbname("Toolbar Set #" . $n);
So as the toolbar set number changes the variable, $n changes to the last digit of the icon file. Such that if you have set #2 displayed the icon displayed will be: <xyicons>\icon-whi-2.ico

Hi klowboy,
Thank you so much. :cup:

My nickname is "MindReader".
But, you are a true "Mind Reader". :shock:
I wanted to make this wish.
However, I was undecided whether this demand would be excessive.

You posted your solution before I asked for it. :appl:

I tried your suggestion.
It works the way I want. :tup:

We have a saying;
"May God introduce you to good people." :)
(That's a good word. I hope "Google Translate" did its job right.)

Thanks again. :cup:
