Which comparisons do you mean?

less/gtr eg. < 2023-01-01 > 2023/01/01
What I mean is, comparisons don't work with ISO 8601 style date, should they, or is it local date fmt only?

Using 26.50.0200 I noticed that using custom column captions isn't working currently for LF/QS, eg.
cc1: test OK
Caption: test NOT OK
It used to work, was that ability removed?

Works fine here.

I must have had Skip Custom Columns enabled, because even when the cell has values in it the LF doesn't seem to work when using captions, but using cc# does, strange though because I tested in fresh .0200 without that setting and it wasn't working for me either, can't repro that anymore in .0300 though.
So repro steps for .0300,
- fresh;
- navigate to folder with images
- enable #548;
- Add custom column 1 = Dimensions
- Try use cell context menu to LF that column = no results
- change selector to cc1: instead = results
It seems intermittent, because it can start working again though, not sure the criteria, I think I'll just stick to using cc# selectors if you can't see it.

Yeah the intermittent criteria seems to be any toggle of the Skip Custom Columns setting, whether toggled on or off, that seems to make it stop working until tab switch etc, surprising cc# keeps working though.

Yes, I could reproduce it. It's complex and probably only affects custom columns that internally point to special properties, which can lead to name ambiguity. Should be fixed in the next beta.
