:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Having the same problem when connecting to SharePoints links such as \\xxxxx.sharepoint.com@SSL\teams\ProjectX\Shared Documents (The network path was not found.)
- trying to access trough the Favorites Folder menu fails on first click (The network path was not found.), but selecting it a 2nd time right after does work
- trying to access trough the Favorites Folder Icon in the toolbar below the menu fails on first click (The network path was not found.), but selecting it a 2nd time right after does work
- trying to access through the normal folder tree does work
- trying to access through a catalog automatically built from the favorite folders fails on first click (The network path was not found.), but clicking on it a 2nd time right after does work
- copying the links in the address bar and hitting returns fails (The network path was not found.), hitting return a second time does works

So there is a workaround: either normal tree or selecting twice
