*sigh*

You're making the assumption that I have the tree visible at all times. I don't, and thus using that or the catalog are not useful for me. There's other ways for me to do this, but including a menu item on the drives menu would increase my (and I believe others) productivity with minimal disruption to anyone else.
sanchop wrote:All you achieve is to spoil the button. It is called "Drives", so there should be no MY COMPUTER on the list. Xplorer2 and all the other file managers I know have it this way because it is logical and consistent. What you get here is just a big mess.
Within Windows Explorer and on the Start Menu, you access drives through My Computer. If you want a list of drives you go to My Computer. As I've stated it's the parent to the drives, and presumably that is why Don even includes it on the Breadcrumb menu.
Thus, it makes perfect sense for it to be included in this menu. It's akin to an item for "List All".
And this is XYplorer not all those other file managers, I don't use those file managers for a reason.

I can't think how the logic I'm applying to My Computer can be twisted to make a case for any of the other special system folders.
No other special system folder is a parent to any drives, it doesn't make any sense at all for them to be included, so that's a bit of a stretch to say it would make all of them acceptable.
