I beg to differ. This is from the Microsoft -Store-, not from Microsoft. The app itself is developed by Nee Laboratory and is in no way connected to Microsoft other than being available in the MS Store.

A tool which in the store starts with a Chinese screen on an English Windows isn't something I would install.
There are many free tools like IrfanView, XNView and many others
which support command line switches and can be used by scripts from XY.
