When reporting a bug, please include the following information: your XYplorer version (e.g., v27.90.0047), your Windows version (e.g., Win 11), and your screen scaling percentage (e.g., 125%). We recommend adding your Windows version and screen scaling percentage to your profile or signature. This will make debugging much easier for us.

Re: tags lost when moving nested folders
Can you give me the exact source and target paths so I can try to reproduce it here?

Re: tags lost when moving nested folders
If it changed the order, then there was an issue within the DB, but it still might not be the root cause of your reported problem. Regarding the file size change, the script just doesn't save the file as Unicode unless it needs too, but when XY saves it again next time, it'll return to its normal size.Twisten wrote:edit2: run the script in the above mentioned thread, there were a few line reordered, hope this changes things, other than that the file content seems the same, but despite that the file size is about half so this is a bit puzzling.

Thanks. I tested your exact setup: No problems. No tags lost. So I assume jupe is right: There was an issue within the DB.Twisten wrote:Sent some in a private message.
