when "Navigate by Click" is off, can you also turn off the right click drag? that way, we can single right click to show menu, as well as to avoid accidently triggering it. plus it's redundant when we can already left click drag [in that mode].

But single right click works without problems.

currently, single right click for menu doesn't work...

- for images that fit the screen, it takes a second right click to show menu.

- for images that are oversized, the second right click has to be performed quickly.

Not here. Something is wrong with your mouse or with your clicking.

but there is nothing wrong with my mouse or clicking. tested with fresh XY, and still same problem.

Fresh v16 and the only time right-click doesn't show the menu is when I drag a small amount before releasing.

Don, maybe right-click dragging needs a small buffer before treating it as panning instead of menu?
I imagine the lack of one now might be difficult for user's with unsteady hands or possibly trackpads/touch screens.

well, right click for menu works in preview, but the problem is that it takes a second right click to make it happen.

i noticed in new versions click to navigate works closer to edges of FP -thanks for that.

btw, yet i noticed that i can close FP with middle-click = maybe it's time for "Middle-click action" from tweak to UI?

still has problem with requiring a second right click to show menu. weird, it's even possible to wait a long duration between the right clicks.
