Re: [Script] WhiteSpaceCtxMenu
1) How are you saving the configuration within XY?
Do you select:
File > Save Settings
File > Settings Special > Save Configuration
The toolbar button
Something else?
2) Are you certain that you're opening this file in your editor?
C:\Custom Program Settings\XYplorer\Christophers_XYplorer_Settings.ini
Do you select:
File > Save Settings
File > Settings Special > Save Configuration
The toolbar button
Something else?
2) Are you certain that you're opening this file in your editor?
C:\Custom Program Settings\XYplorer\Christophers_XYplorer_Settings.ini

Re: [Script] WhiteSpaceCtxMenu
I typically use the toolbar button.
I opened the file Christophers_XYplorer_Settings.ini and the CEA_TreeRightClickOnWhite line doesn't exist in that specific configuration file.

It sounds like you have a very non-standard configuration then.CookieMonster wrote:I opened the file Christophers_XYplorer_Settings.ini and the CEA_TreeRightClickOnWhite line doesn't exist in that specific configuration file.
All I can say is that normally XYplorer updates the INI file with missing keys and comments.
You've done something which prevents that from happening.

Re: [Script] WhiteSpaceCtxMenu
Within the xyplorer folder, there is a xyplorer.ini file, that files does have the CEA_TreeRightClickOnWhite line, it only shows up to 4, for commands, not 6 or higher ?

Re: [Script] WhiteSpaceCtxMenu
As I said, it sounds like you have a very non-standard configuration.
Could be that the lines you redacted are important.
Could be that you're modifying the file attributes to make them read only.
Could be that you've changed file permissions.
Could be some weird combination of using Startup.ini, Admin.ini, and command line switches.

Re: [Script] WhiteSpaceCtxMenu
And is this icon a shortcut? if so, check it's parameters, right click > Properties > Target. (if it's on the taskbar, right-click and then again right-click on the program icon from the popup list)
