You say "This happens only at the first Delete-Attempt.". Does it always happen at the first Delete-Attempt? (I still cannot reproduce it here.)

Yes, at EVERY first Attempt the Failure happens.

For an Answer to your Question i have tested it again, with 20 Restarts of Windows and many Delete-Operations. My first Message was partially false: The Failure does not happen only at the first Attempt. Sometimes it happens later again. In other Words: The Failure happens at every first Attempt, but not at every second Attempt.

The Failure has something to do with one of the Program-Options:

With the Program-Option
"[v] file operation progress dialog modeless"
i get the failure at EVERY first Time and sometimes later (for example the 4th, 7th, 11th Attempt).

With the Program-Option
"[_] file operation progress dialog modeless"
i get the failure NEVER.

So i have found a Solution for me... i do not use this Program-Option anymore.

Thank you. Still I never get it with any configuration. There must be some other factor involved.
