Show me the whole list in a screenshot.ramza__x wrote:picture below is from v9.00.0000
no white space
Only in Vista/Win7. Your shots look like XP.ramza__x wrote:yes, there is some changes in v9.00 to v9.11 of line spacing
now i think this will become a wish...
Yes, it's by design and nothing changed here in the last 10 years. It's like this in all lists you find in any Windows version where the current top item aligns with the top of the view port. It's math. Nothing can change it. (I just saw the Win7 Explorer gives up on the top alignment and therefore gets rid of the space below, but at a high cost: the top item is cut and has no head.)ramza__x wrote:yes, it has to be trigger with holding CTRL+Shift and then a mouse wheel roll
its auto size alright but once you've space out in odds/even you'll get some open space in list view, it seems to detect the bottom of the screen but it leaves a line or space... it just doesn't look right
its maybe by design
This one is not completely fixed, however. Using v9.11 on win7/x64, when trying to rename (F2) a file currently in use, the "File in Use" dialog is indeed dismissed after clicking OK, but the "rename squire" (the rectangular box wherein you type the new name) stays, still showing the new name, though the cursor prompt (the flashing bar) is gone. (Image attached below.)! List: (Win7/64) Inline-rename good get caught in eternal loop when
file to be renamed was in use. Fixed.
Confirmed for win7/64 (works well in XP), but I currently don't manage to fix this.mlwang wrote:Thanks a lot for the error 10 fix.

Trying to click anywhere in the same pane (another file, e.g.) and the "File in Use" dialog pops up again. Clicking another tab and back would clear it, with the file reverted back to its old name.
In the next version there will be a check before calling the shell rename. This should catch most of these cases.mlwang wrote:Ah, got it. That works. Thanks.
