      Now the 2 colors concerning selected items are found under 
      Selections. Both can be individually ticked. If ticked they 
      overwrite the active selection style, be it Themes or Classic.

    + Configuration | General: Added option "Add new items at the end of 
      the list". Tick it to have new items added at the end of the list. 
      Untick it to have new items added where they belong according to 
      the current sort order.
      This has been hard-coded to ON before. Now the factory default is 
      OFF (following the new Win7 standards).
    + Configuration | Colors & Styles: Added dropdown "Selections". Here 
      you can choose how selected items are drawn in Tree, Catalog, and 
      all lists.
      Note: This choice is only meaningful in Vista and later because 
      earlier systems Windows Themes don't affect selections.
    + Configuration | Colors & Styles: Added "Focus rectangle". Tick it 
      to draw a dotted focus rectangle on the focused item. This has 
      been the hard-coded default ever since. Now you can turn it off, 
      and in Vista and later it is turned off by factory default.
    - Removed tweak SelectionStyle (v11.10.0005). This is now handled in 
      Configuration as described here above.
    % Catalog and various Lists: Heavily improved the drawing and 
      scrolling performance under Vista and later. (By working around a 
      mysterious Vista bug where a certain GDI function is easily 100 
      times slower than in XP).

      of the active Windows Themes. No focus rect is drawn anymore by 
      factory default (since it aesthetically collides with those 
      styles, and is not expected anymore by Vista/Win7 users).
      You can tweak this setting using key SelectionStyle and combining 
      these values:
        1: use Windows Themes selection style (ONLY Vista onwards)
        2: draw focus rect
      Examples:

        SelectionStyle=3    'Windows Themes + focus rect
