way you can easily assign account-specific user rights.

+ Configuration | Preview | Mouse down blow up: Added setting
"Movement" which lets you control the MDBU behavior on mouse move.
There are two options:
- Loupe: An improved version of the previously hard-coded MDBU
movement. Now the mousepointer, the blowup, and the preview are
always exactly aligned "over" the blown-up spot, like a real
loupe. It's the factory default.
- Touch screen: Like with a touch screen the blow up is dragged
around along with the mouse.
This setting affects all MDBU (Info Panel Preview, Floating
Preview, Thumbnails).

+++ Menu Help: Added command "Download Language File...". Lets you
download language files from the server and load them into the
interface in one go. Ultra-slick!
Notes:
- Only files that match the current app's MLS version are offered
for download. A small tolerance is built in: "Match" here means
perfect match or slightly older.
- Files on the server have the MLS version in the filename. But on
download they are saved locally without version to keep the
number files on the user side minimal.
- Files are saved in app data path.
- On name collision files are overwritten without asking.
* MLS: Updated to version 8.22. Upgrading directly through ITT.

The smartness goes even further: If you load a file
French_8.20.lng and the current MLS version is 8.21 then it is
automatically saved as French_8.21.lng when you save it.
* Type Ahead Find: Now the arrow keys will reset the internal
keystroke store.
* Custom Copy: Generally no per-file progress is given for files
smaller 10 MB. Now on slow target media (Removable drives, Network
drives) per-file progress is given for every file.
* XYcopy: Updated to 2.10.0024.
* Character Table: Swapped columns again. Now:

= NEW OFFICIAL RELEASE. Main developments since last release:
+++ Multilingual Support. XYplorer now supports interface languages
other than English. Currently translations for French, German,
Italian, Korean, Polish, and Portuguese are available.
Languages can be loaded and changed on the fly without restarting
the program.
+++ Interface Translation Tool. You can easily edit a translation or
create a new one yourself.
+++ Funny Characters. Flabbergasted by strange, weird, funny, unknown
characters in a filename? Now you can analyze the characters in a
filename and optionally replace the funny ones using the new
command "Convert to ASCII". This includes, among other
conversions, Cyrillic to Roman transliteration.
+++ Licensing. The Standard License (US$ 29.95, EUR 24.95) is now the
only license on offer. And there is a new upgrade discount of 20%
off for those who already own an older Standard License.
Of course, all Lifetime Licenses already sold in the past are NOT
affected by this at all. They will continue to work with all
upgrades to come and without any additional costs.

Note: With this upgrade only some items are removed, nothing added
or changed. So all completed translations stay at 100% after
upgrading. Sorry about the superfluous 36 items that were in
Reference.lng but never appeared in the compiled app. My LNG-
generator had been fooled by a couple of compiler variables in the
source code.
This is the last MLS update before release of v12.00.

These are of particular use for East-Asian languages (and any
other languages that have many more characters than keys on the
keyboard).
The accelerator is appended in uppercase in parentheses separated
by one space:

the Reports dialog.
Also added that button to a couple of other dialogs where a non-

folder, the folder's view is not changed at all but left as it is.
Before, it was set to some auto-default view.
