      displayed when the Info Panel was open, regardless of which tab was displayed. Now 
      the progress bar is displayed even if the Info Panel is open but the Preview tab is 
      not.
    * Quick Audio/Video Preview: Closing the Info Panel will no longer exit the preview 
      (even if "Keep playing when Info Panel is hidden" is unchecked). So you can freely 
      interact with the Info Panel while the preview is playing.
      Tip: You can exit a QAP/QVP at any time by pressing ESC or deselecting the previewed 
      file.
    ! Paper Folders and Virtual Folders: Drives, servers and non-existent items were 
      displayed with a fake date of "January 1, 1601" (if tweak BlankDatesBefore1980=0).
