* Auto-Refresh: A currently selected audio or video file could be
auto-started by a list auto-refresh when the Preview tab was open (if
Autoplay is enabled). Not desired usually. Won't happen anymore.

! Multi-User-Tagging: Since 20191112 a shared database specified by an UNC
path would be falsely converted to a local path internally. Fixed.
