MBAM, 7-Zip etc

Just in case it helps others.

I use 7-Zip and ANtiMalwareBytes. I found the FAQ saying these didn't appear on the context menu and why. A workround for individual files which is my main reason for wanting them there is to add them to the "Open with" list (making sure you don't set them as the default) and it works.

Be nice when we have full integration though.
