A question about the way Search Results tabs are 'updated'.
You've already added some smartness to the 'auto-refresh' of Search Results, so that after a Name search (left open):
- any item (file or folder) is removed from the Search Results view, as soon as it ceases to be relevant: by mean of rename or move/delete.
- any item is added to the Search Results view, as soon as it becomes relevant: by mean of rename or move/copy.
Do you think it would be possible to add the same smartness to a Labels/Tags search?
Cases:
1. It's really handy to 'flag' items with colored Labels in a ToDo way (e.g. with three states of priority), switch them from one state to the other, and unLabel them when done.
2. Using Tags, we already have a 'scrap pane' of sorts, i.e. do your 'shopping' by choosing and tagging each file you need wherever they are, then run your Tag search - anytime - and you have your whole list ready to work with/move/remove/add more, etc. (automated by a script, it's a killer feature!)
So this is already working really well, but seeing the Search Results 'list' updated when items are (un)tagged or (un)labeled would be a huge plus!!!
Well, thanks for your attention...
