It seems that Tagging enforces alphabetical order.
Sometimes it's useful to have a flexible way to have a TAG 1 / Tag 2 system, where Tag 1 means a global group and Tag 2 means a secondary, task specific tag.
So when sorting items by the Tags column the TAG 1 group would indicate a broader criteria to sort items by, which currently can't be done.
