This just doesn't work for me - any ideas ?Single left-click anywhere on the status bar to show/hide the Info Panel. You'll note a 300 msec delay -- it's necessary to wait for a potential dbl-click (which does copy the clicked label to the clipboard).
Single right-click anywhere on the status bar to toggle the Info Panel's last size/min size.

Re: Clicking the Status Bar
REVISED : That's why i find using the approp set of toolbar buttons for min/max,hide/show, etc easier/quicker => bigger target!
REVISED Addendum:
After seeing Don's post, realized I'd forgotten about that setting and was getting my original answer confused with another one.

Re: Clicking the Status Bar
I had the same problem. Could not get it to work or find it. I ended up using:
Window > Show Status Bar Buttons
You will then see a little blue arrow pointing up on the status bar. That's the button for the status bar. There's even a little button for background jobs next to it too. Although... nowadays I also use the "Property Tab" toolbar button. Bigger target just like j_c_hallgren said haha.

Re: Clicking the Status Bar
I think why ppl can't find the right spot is because it's the "divider line" between the status bar and the info panel...and the status bar is part of list area...so move your mouse just above the tab titles on IP (like Properties/Version/Meta, etc)...see that horiz line? That's it, ok? Most ppl who can't find it think it's the TOP line/edge of the status bar but it's actually the BOTTOM line/edge of it.Enternal wrote:I had the same problem. Re: Clicking the Status Bar
That did the trick - might be worth updating the help to explain this.Needs to be ticked: Configuration | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Mouse | Click on status bar toggles info panel
There are quite a few items in the help that tell you to so something, but there is a setting that needs setting in order to do them.
Thanks,
Sean Clarke
