i didn't mean an ability to modify whole menu, only add own items in Configuration > custum items in shell context menu.

Ah, okay (interesting idea BTW). But that has nothing to do with Paste and Go, or?

So is "Paste and Go" still going to get added?

It must have skipped version 11.90.0200 (8th jan)

Why not use a script?

Code: Select all

goto <clipboard>
I'm a casual coder using AHK language. All of my xys scripts:

Yes, that works.

But I'll add a non-script solution for the lazy. And you can assign a KS to it.

Wow, you have a charming way to introduce yourself.

Nevertheless, you are wrong, the feature exists for over 3 years:

I apologise for my bad introduction.

Anyhow, feature doesn´t work and the help file is confusing. I believe it's correctly set tho.

I don't see any "paste and go" ("pegar e ir" in spanish) when I right click the address bar like in browsers.

And nobody said that there is a right click context menu for the address bar that contains such an entry.

Copy a path (into the clipboard), focus the list (or the tree), ctrl + v and XY opens that path...
(with Configuration | Find and Filter | Filters & Type Ahead Find | Type Ahead Find | Paste and find = activated ofc)

I need to achieve it with my mouse only, no keyboard. I don't get why such a basic feature isnt there.

Then use a custom toolbar button with the script from post #21 and you have your "mouse only" solution. You wouldn't even need to click two buttons^^

It needs a computer scientist to use a button? Maybe you should quit using a browser, too...

Anyway: Good luck with whatever file manager you've chosen instead
