In regular explorer, if I right click a folder I get the option to "scan using MS security essential" or right click a file and "edit with vim" option. I'm not seeing this in XYplorer, lifetime pro edition, purchased on last day of 2012 :-) so I'm new to XYplorer. I searched the forum and saw an issue with 7-zip and that you'll need to install 32-bit version. However, vim/gvim 7.3.46 is both 32-bit and 64-bit.
Also, does this indicate I will need to uninstall MS security essential and re-install with 32-bit version? I'm running 64-bit Windows 7.
Thank you.
