HKCR\Directory\Background support
Re: HKCR\Directory\Background support
Currently, XY doesn't support HKCR\Directory\Background.
If you want the context menu as defined by HKCR\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers there are a few ways to achieve this.

There are numerous ways to get that menu though.EDIT: Clarification.
- Obviously, right-click on the folder in the tree.
- Right-click the folder's icon in the address bar.
- Set the following INI tweak to 1:
Code: Select all
; Tweak: 0=Edit menu, 1=Folder's shell menu, 2=Favorites, 3=reserved, 4=Tabs CEA_ListRightClickOnWhite=1

AFAIK, those are system wide and not accessable to XY...I may be wrong but that's my understanding.John Peterson wrote:Can I disable the items

Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
