Dragging to tab doesn't select new tab

Maybe this isn't a bug, maybe it's a new setting but I can't determine how to disable it. In v11.60 if I drag a file to a new tab, the focus isn't shifted to the new tab. This wasn't the case before and it was useful because I could drag to the new tab and then determine which folder within that tab I wanted to drop the file in. Can this be changed?

It's a feature. You can customize it in Configuration | Tabs | Delay before a dragged-over tab is auto-selected (in milliseconds).
