:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument

Post by pissant »

XYplorer 5.10.0012
WinXP Pro SP2

Whenever I get to the end of a video being previewed, I get:
Run-time error '5':

Invalid procedure call or argument
After hitting OK on this, XYplorer exits.

The problem seems to happen with any video file--when it gets to the very end.

But in any case, email sent. Thank you.

I could not reproduce it with your file neither, apparently it depends on the audio or graphic/video card or driver, interesting. Anyway, I developed a theory of what might be happening and applied a fix accordingly. Let's see...
