I thought .lnk could be resolved by resolvepath but they're not?
Any alternative way to achieve this?
The same may be valid for perhaps symbolic links, junction folders and hard links.

Re: How to get destination paths of .lnk?
Right-click a LNK file, then use submenu Shortcut Target.

Re: How to get destination paths of .lnk?
I need to obtain the destination of those files in the scope of a script, that's why I was expecting resolvepath() to be of help here.
My current solution is #1046; (go to shortcut location) then testing the existence of <curitem>, but it is very unpleasant to see all those locations opening and closing. Dangerous, maybe.
A further improvement would be a script solution to fix dead links who don't pass in a exist() test. Any ideas...???
