I am running the latest version of XYPlorer on a Windows XP Home Edition PC. Whenever I exit the application I get the following error window pop up:
The instruction at "0x76b431b0" referenced memory at "0x00000008". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.
I have tried uninstalling the program and then re-installing it but I still get the same error. I have even re-installed Windows XP but the same error keeps happening. It does not happen on my laptop running Windows 7.
Is this a known problem? Is there a resolution for this annoyance?
