:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Search Name Multiple Patterns

Post by msalvatori »

If a name search for *.jpg;*.gif finds all *.jpg and *.gif files, I would expect a search for lbl:1;tags:IT to find only files with label "1" and tag "IT". Unfortunately, I only get files with label "1".

On a similar note, comments, labels and tags have nothing to do with file names; instead, they are more like attributes. It seems that these three concepts either belong in the Find Files, Attributes tab, or in their own Find Files tab.

I am also interested in the simultaneous search for Names, Labels, Tags and Comments. At the moment I have not found a way that search. But this is very desirable feature.
