When I User > Manage User-Defined Commands (CTRL+ALT+F9), I can do almost everything... except un-assign CKSs.
If I want to, I have:
-delete the thing that currently has the CKS assigned to (and I'm working with), if it was mistakenly assigned under UDC;
-look via Tools > Customize Keyboard Shortcuts > Options > Copy Cheat Sheet > etc a way to find out what has the dumb CKS and... un-assign it on the proper place! (CKS already have a cross-link solution that partially solves the problem when it comes to CKS, can't say for now what's the problem with that - but that's another problem, anyway!);
-delete the OTHER UDC if it already owns the CKS I want... well, is IS that complicated, particularly when it comes to this situation!
-and why on Earth I'd supposed to know out of the blue that I *NEED* to go to Tools > Customize Keyboard Shortcuts > User > Run Script, since the thing I'm working with is USER DEFINED COMMANDS? I know, this makes sense, too. A little. Tell that to the people that just arrived on board...
Anyway, why not simply
Code: Select all
[BUTTON-Unassign Hotkey]Thanks!
EDIT: and YES, I've tried CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+SHIFT+ENTER+square+circle+circle+tongue on the forehead+U (with a little help of my *now* girlfriend). Doesn't work...
