How to put absolute path in address bar for "Desktop"...

Right now, I always get this:

How to I make it so that inside address bar, it shows absolute path, like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Andrej\Desktop\myBusinesses\= Customer Database =\Matt Catling\= Videos =\Testimonials\NLP Practitioner - May 09\

The Address Bar corresponds to what you see in the tree. If you go to the "real" location of the special "Desktop" folder in the tree (C:\Documents and Settings\Andrej\Desktop\ in your case), then the Address Bar will show this location.

BTW, if you are just interested in this for copying it to the clipboard, then simply use Ctrl+P which will always copy the "real" path. (It's also in the r-click menu of the tree node)

How did you get the toolbar on the same altitude as the tabbar?
I want that
