create this user command and assign shift h for shortcut

Everytime I invoke shift-h it brings drive H!
Shift H cannot be assigned as shortcut properly

I do not use "on key up" in user commands thou, would that be the reason? Because it works then, but I hate that behaviour.

ok, then I am having an isolated weird case. Let me digg in little bit. I actuallt tried couple others like shift d, ended up with same result.
