jupe wrote: ↑03 Oct 2026 02:00 @Don: Although I can't repro OP's issue, I do know of one issue with the current RAR listing that is possible, if you have some certain archive comments the listing can become erroneous, sample file below.
I think possibly an easy fix (at least for RAR not 7z) would be passing the -c- switch to supress the comment. eg. UnRAR.exe l -c-
Confirmed and thanks for the fix! :tup:

@Don
sorry I lost the first file. I just created another one and did some tests with Jupe...
it seems the prefix is the last minute digit of the file (and folder) timestamps.

I notice from your screenshots you are using the French version of WinRAR, it is possible that the UnRAR indent/output is slightly different, because I notice that the Name (Nom) column in yours is off whereas in ENG it isn't, whether that affects all the output columns underneath too, I can't tell from the cropped screenshot with the left side missing.

Anyway don't forget the workaround I mentioned earlier.

In the next beta there's a minimal fix attempt but it's hard without having the complete data as they are returned by the French WinRAR.

ok
re-did screen captures using French version of latest WinRAR so they are consistent

by the way, French and English versions give exactly the same results, except translated text output.
I did a clean WinRAR install in a W10 VM » same result

@jupe : not forgetting your workaround :) , just hoping it's an XY problem that can be solved for all. Thanks

Any change to get these as texts (not photos of text)?

not sure what you mean, but right now I got a "normal" output on my VM... so it may indeed be something in my setup
I'll investigate some more and come back to you. Thanks

Edit :
it works fine on my W10 VM, not on both my W11 desktop and laptop, with the exact same version of WinRAR.
I wonder if it could be a problem with my windows 11 23H2...
