When a list item is selected the select colour is hidden behind the “colour filter”. This happened on Docx, Lnk and PDF but not on ini and Html. Other extensions not tested.

Just noticed that the ext columns on the files that do not show the “Colour filter”, this is also an inconsistency, are the ones that do not show the full width “select colour”.

Can you show the color filter definition and a screenshot of the issue?

This is normal with "Full Row Select." Since the entire row is visible, the Name column can display the color filter background color (if one is defined).

Perhaps I have not explained too well.
Leaving the ext issue to one side.
The attached screen shots shows two files that are subject to “Colour Filters” a docx and html.
When each file is subject to “selection” via the name column the docx file name shows the text “colour filter” but not the “selection” background.
The html with the same “selection” background the colour filter is suppressed with the selection colour shown across all columns.
I feel the two file types should behave the same.

As I said, the behavior depends on whether a color filter background color is defined or not.

Gotya I had the text specifed but not the background.
This also solves the non existant issue with ext column colours or colors.
