:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Entering license on 64bit version won't keep the registration

Post by jtarndt »

On my laptop, when I upgraded to the 64 bit version, as it was finishing, I was asked if I wanted to transfer my settings. I said yes, and everything is fine. On my desktop (Windows 10, all the latest updates), I was never asked about transferring settings, and when the app opened, I was given the 'Trial version' warning. I went ahead and added my registration info and was told to restart the app. Upon restarting, I am still being told that my version is a Trial version. I can still open the 32 bit version by going through the folders and executing the file, but the 64 bit version is not working correctly. Please advise. I tried everything I could do, the only difference is my desktop is running Windows 10.

I also tried to update my 32 bit version to the current version (27.20.1500) before upgrading and got the same results. I am trying to install 28.30.1600.
