Many lines in Reference_8.185.lng have been deleted and therefore there is no room for translation. For example,

Reference_8.184.lng = 7182 strings
Reference_8.185.lng = 6801 string

In Russian, according to GOST 14289-88 and Microsoft’s recommendations, all shortcuts (hotkeys) should be written in uppercase. For example, in the English version it is Ctrl+Alt+Enter, while in the Russian version it should be CTRL+ALT+ENTER. Is it possible to add such strings to the Reference_XXX.lng translation file so they can be modified?
