    * Select Folder: The old dialog, SHBrowseForFolder, has been replaced with the Common 
      Item Dialog in all instances where only folders, and not folders and files, were 
      selected. That was 14 out of 22 instances. Overall, the new dialog is much more 
      user-friendly. It saves navigation history and supports the navigation pane, aka 
      tree view, as well as search and favorites/quick access. It generally behaves like 
      a little File Explorer.

      order was internally corrected, but this was not reported to the user or the settings 
      handler. Therefore, the corrected sort order was not immediately applied to the list

    ! Ignore diacritics: Did not work with Vietnamese đ and Đ. Fixed.
    ! List | Drag-Selecting: Selecting multiple files by dragging the mouse across them 
      could leave some files seemingly unselected (a painting glitch). Fixed.
