I have done nothing with XY 64-bit.
I'm not ready for it - yet.
What are the gains over 32-bit?
Liability working with special settings and other programs?
What does icon information do? Should I just delete it?

Re: this icon showed up
What version XY?
Is that the toolbar or system tray?
When you say the icon "just showed up" do you mean it wasn't there one minute and then it magically appeared?
Or did you shut down XY and when you relaunched it the icon was there?
Or did it show up after you updated XY?

Toolbar
When you say the icon "just showed up" do you mean it wasn't there one minute and then it magically appeared?
It has been around for say 4-6 weeks - I guess. It has a distinctive white area around it.
Or did you shut down XY and when you relaunched it the icon was there?
Did not see it as a threat. Somebody created it and know WTH is going on
Or did it show up after you updated XY?
I just let it be and hope to stumble over an explanation sooner or later.
100%, Win10, and I intend to stop updating XY for the next few months to save time.
In the past, I have had programs that made the transition from 32-bit to 64-bit. None of them had any sudden gains in speed or anything else. What has your experience been with this upgrade? Anyone?
