Image Preview wildly glitching on 64-bit build

Steps to reproduce:

1) Show Preview Pane if it's not enabled already (Ctrl + F11)
2) Select any image file so that it produces an image preview on the right-hand side
3) Left mouse button click (and hold down the click) on the image preview so it displays a larger floating image.
4) While still holding the left mouse button down and having the large image displayed, move the mouse cursor all the way to the right edge of the screen (as far is it can go on a single monitor setup). The floating image will move inversely (left) as you're doing this. Now, release the left mouse button click.

The large image wont go away and if you move your mouse over it, the image jitters wildly on the screen the more you "mouseover" the image.
Eventually, it becomes very buggy. If you click on another image file after experiencing the previous jittery image glitches the Preview Pane will load a preview of the new image but it's way too small (much smaller than it would've been before the glitches).

I tried exhibiting the same behavior on XYplorer 27.20.0200 (32-bit) but this version, as soon as you release the left button mouse click, the large preview image goes away properly.
This wild glitching behavior only seems to affect 64-bit builds.

Confirmed. It's a twinBASIC bug. Report submitted to the tB guys.
